SPRING IS IN THE AIR (cue music)!
Love the sunshine on my face every day. Spring is such a vibrant time, symbolizing renewal, growth, and transformation. Are you harnessing the energy of spring for transformation?
Feels like a time of renewal and fresh beginnings; a birth. As the season tell us there is a palpable change in the air as winter gives way to spring.
A few things rumbling through my life at the moment:
The power of intention; reflecting on what I want to manifest or change or see evolve as this new season unfolds.
Letting Go of the Old; Spring cleaning our lives feels like letting go of what no longer serves us. In our relationships, our stuff/clutter, our work, our daily habits. Cleaning out closets, the garage, the pantry, the patio.
Dusting things off! A time to take inventory for releasing old habits, beliefs, or patterns to make way for new growth.
Cultivating Growth; As my tulips are blossoming and displaying active growth and expansion in nature. I sense the desire to nurture personal growth and development inside my heart and in my inner circle.
Embracing Change; I acknowledge that change can be uncomfortable AND its inevitable and potential for positive transformation, if I stay open and curious to the possibilities of something new.
Connecting with Nature; Getting outside! YESSSS we took the tracks off the side by side for our winter shenanigans and I'm waiting for the gates of the canyon to open so I can do what I do best! Chase sunsets!
The therapeutic benefits of spending time outdoors and connecting with nature fills my soul. Getting ready to plant flowers and some tasty tomatoes in my garden. Get out hiking, or simply enjoying the season of birds chirping.
I encourage you to harness the energy of spring to catalyze meaningful change in your life. And hey, if change isn't needed; cheers to you and you hold yourself and those around in gratitude for more of the same.
