Hi I'm Kimberly. I am a Family Nurse Practitioner, Life Coach, professional network marketer, entrepreneur at heart, and a nature junkie! I am a healer of the physical body, mind, and spirit. I am extremely passionate about empowering others to trust themselves and find peace and joy in life amidst all the challenges this mortal existence might throw our way.  I truly believe that no one can pour from an empty cup and self-care is an absolute necessity and should be practiced daily.

I reside in American Fork, UT with my best friend and love of my life, Carl, and together we are a blended family of 10.  In 2024 we will become grandparents for the first time. You will find me in the mountains biking, hiking, and taking river plunges all year long.  I also love daily walks, pilates, and strength training.  I love creating an environment of learning and healing through different modalities and seeing others rise to their highest potential.  Life is beautiful and we get to create whatever we want!
